"LE LIVE" Convention
On the occasion of launching its corporate project “UNIQUES,” Crédit Agricole Ile de France entrusted HOPSCOTCH EVENT to bring together nearly 4,000 employees and members at the Accor Arena in Paris.
This significant moment in the company’s life was orchestrated through three equally intense phases: a plenary session, a private concert by a nationally renowned artist, and an exceptional evening under the theme CADIFESTIVAL.
The Live Event
A plenary session hosted by Clémence Benesby and a warm-up host.
On the agenda, lively sequences energized by a variety of speaking formats, stage entrances tailored to each individual’s personality, videos, and elements such as giant clapping, light-up bracelets, and surprise interludes in the form of sports performances featuring Breakdance and BMX.
After the plenary, a rapid transformation of the set design to welcome the artist exclusively for a private concert (artist confidential).
More than just an evening, the CADIFESTIVAL!
What if we took some of the major highlights of the diverse Ile de France region to design the evening? This was the approach of HOPSCOTCH EVENT to create this evening for all the employees.
As the curtains beside the plenary stage were drawn back, guests were surprised to discover a Ferris wheel set up in the heart of the space, a guinguette area with dance demonstrations, a custom street art mural for everyone to contribute to, a giant ball pit, a Parisian café terrace with its iconic lampposts, and numerous interactive activities scattered throughout the space… a festival reflecting the diversity of activities and locations of Crédit Agricole Ile de France.
And to wrap up, head to Le CLUB for a DJ night at the heart of the spectacular new space Le Phantom at the Accor Arena.
A Responsible Event
Priority was given to renting for the evening’s arrangements.
An anticipated and monitored second life for the decor elements.
Food waste was also reduced thanks to precise coordination between the Hopscotch teams and the caterer.
