For this 2025 edition of the Japan Expo, we have envisioned an immersive 400m² space, designed as a physical extension of the SVOD platform, allowing Crunchyroll to meet its audiences “in real life” and amplify its universe among its fans, while boosting subscription conversion.

Each one dedicated to a flagship title of the platform, with 4 key objectives:
The operation was amplified on social media through the production of exclusive content: interviews, digital activations, live social wall at the booth, creating an instant bridge between the physical event and online communities.
Visitors also had the opportunity to attend exclusive meetings with iconic personalities such as the rapper Orelsan and the influencer Blacko (iamblacko), enhancing the media and emotional impact of the activation.
