Paris Air Lab
The Paris Air Lab is an event at the heart of the International Paris Air Show, drawing on contributions from key players in the air transport sector.
For the 4th edition of the Paris Air Lab, the challenge was to both stand out from the 2023 edition while maintaining the continuity of the Paris Air Lab identity.
In this context, Hopscotch proposed an experiential, circular, and above all interactive journey, inviting us to discover the facets of the aviation innovation cycle: Innovation Trajectory.
It is the journey of an idea, navigating through the various challenges it faces from inception, ultimately shaping the aviation of tomorrow.
A strong scenographic gesture: the trajectory(s)
It stages the product’s journey with powerful setups: a table of new materials, immersive tunnel, runways, control tower, cockpit, first-class seat… and illustrated by models, VR demos, samples, explanatory videos, and demonstrators.
An Immersive Journey to Decipher the Aero Innovation Cycle
For its 4th edition, the Paris Air Lab placed innovation at the heart of the visitor experience with a strong theme: Trajectories for the Future!
Through a scenographed journey in 7 stages, visitors were invited to understand, experiment, and embrace the major phases that structure innovation in aeronautics. This journey was designed as a living learning loop, both accessible to the general public and enriching for professional audiences.
Each stage highlighted a key phase of the innovation cycle: from ideation to realization, including research, collaboration, prototyping, and even industrialization. All of this was presented in a dynamic setting combining interactive devices, demonstrations, inspiring talks, startup pitches, and immersive experiences.
Clear storytelling, playful pedagogy, and varied formats allowed everyone—children, students, enthusiasts, or professionals—to grasp the challenges of tomorrow and leave with a concrete vision of the innovations that will shape the future trajectories of the aero sector.
A Program Designed as a Meeting and Projection Ground
The central stage of the Paris Air Lab hosted a diverse program throughout the week, designed to facilitate dialogue among decision-makers, experts, talents, and the general public on the major challenges of tomorrow’s aeronautics.

Leading executives from the sector shared their vision on key structural issues, offering a strategic and forward-looking perspective on the transformations underway in aviation.
- “The Future Seen By…” – Conversations
Inspiring exchanges between experts, researchers, and thinkers to decipher the key trends and issues of tomorrow’s air mobility: energy transition, AI, new economic models…
- “My Life As…” – Testimonials
Designed for the general public, this longer format gave the floor to professionals with extraordinary careers. A dive into the reality of aeronautics professions, embodied by vivid and accessible stories.
A program supplemented by key highlights:
- Thematic startup pitch sessions to discover emerging solutions in the sector
- An unprecedented meeting of the major international CTOs in aeronautics
- Partner events led by the European Commission, SESAR, Clean Aviation, and IFAR, enriching the debate and broadening the scope of reflection on an international scale.
