HOPSCOTCH EVENT supported EXOTEC, the first French industrial unicorn, in launching its latest product: the Skypod ® Next Generation.
On February 6, 2025, in Paris, the logistics robotics expert unveiled an improved version of its automated storage and order picking system, after four years of research.
To accompany the evolution of its flagship product, the Skypod system, EXOTEC wanted to organize a premium event for its clients, prospects, and journalists. The goal: to make a lasting impression with a carefully crafted presentation and a significant moment around the official launch of its new generation of Skypod.
HOPSCOTCH EVENT designed a tailor-made concept, combining innovation and technology. In a modern and exclusive setting, the event was structured around several key moments: a press conference, an inspiring Keynote unveiling the product to the audience, and two round tables giving voice to clients and project experts. The event concluded with a cocktail reception encouraging networking.
The event was a success, bringing together nearly 250 guests on-site and 500 people online. A successful launch, meeting Exotec’s ambitions.
While this type of product staging is common in the automotive world, it remains rare in the industry. Exotec took on the challenge with Hopscotch Event to deliver a reveal that matched their innovation and technology.
In the modern and elegant setting of Terminal 7, Hopscotch Event crafted a meticulously tailored show. A play of lights, a soundtrack, and dynamic video production helped to elevate the new generation of Skypod to star status and provided a high-quality experience for both the on-site audience and the remote public who could enjoy a live stream.
For the first time at an event, a system including a station, robots, and racks was installed outside the walls, a technical challenge that allowed for live demonstrations for the guests present.
